Super Fildena is a medication used to treat both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).

Changes in vision are a known side effect of sildenafil, the active ingredient in Super Fildena. Some individuals may experience transient changes in vision, such as blurred vision, sensitivity to light, or changes in color perception, while taking sildenafil. These effects are usually mild to moderate in severity and often resolve on their own.

However, it’s important to note that serious visual side effects such as sudden loss of vision or changes in vision patterns (such as seeing a blue tinge to objects or difficulty distinguishing between blue and green) are rare but possible with sildenafil use. These side effects require immediate medical attention and may indicate a serious underlying issue such as non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

Individuals who are at a higher risk of experiencing changes in vision while using Super Fildena include:

Those with pre-existing eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa or macular degeneration.
Individuals with a history of NAION or other optic nerve disorders.
People who are older, as age-related changes in vision may increase the risk of side effects.
Those who are taking medications that interact with sildenafil or affect blood pressure, as these factors can increase the likelihood of visual side effects.
If you experience any changes in vision while taking Super Fildena, it’s important to seek medical attention promptly to determine the cause and appropriate management. Your healthcare provider can help assess whether the medication is suitable for you and whether any adjustments need to be made to your treatment plan.
